Sorry Mark :-) I didn't put mine in hot water, but to be honest, the one which broke wasn't being bent anywhere near as much as the other two (its the one with the tail straight up in the air). You're spot on about them bouncing :-)

Glad to hear your good news story for "Prodos Games", as I haven't done business with them for a while, though that KS queue at "Salute" left a heck of an impression upon me.

I've got a lot of plans to finish last year's "D&D" project, its all a question of finding a month to fit it in, but the 3D terrain should encourage me to do it :-)Blaxklerichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06986635840718583767noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1308328551615343287.post-42157015431093786072018-01-04T12:47:23.707-08:002018-01-04T12:47:23.707-08:00You swine!!! Now I see you have started yours, I'm starting to feel the itch for xenomorphs again:-). I had the same quandary with the tails and thought they look best ridge down! Did you put the tails in hot water before bending to shape? They should not break that way and you can have fun twisting them round!. I've had a few issues with broken and/or missing pieces but went straight to Prodos and had no problems with getting replacements. The KS backers may not be happy but I have found the customer service to be very good. I can also vouch that though they appear fragile the miniatures do bounce rather well and stay in one piece! :)

Hopefully Fantasy RPG will be returning in January for our little group and I must admit I too would like some 3D dungeon terrain. Could not see any that seller you recommended but will keep an eye out. I've just finished reading the "Predator vs Judge Dredd vs Aliens" comic book series (the reviews are on my Brown Bag blog) and this'll be one of the first big battles of the New Year; alongside a "Doctor Who" one using almost all of the "Warlord Games" minis I own.

"M&DRG" will continue to play a large part of my BatReps though, as my "Judge Dredd" campaign continues, alongside "Gotham", and I plan to use "Song Of Blades & Heroes" for more "Lord Of The Rings" and my 3D "D&D" campaigns - of which I've set aside February for a gigantic push :-)Blaxklerichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06986635840718583767noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1308328551615343287.post-44224523551643762962017-12-30T05:53:23.740-08:002017-12-30T05:53:23.740-08:00Indeed he mentioned it on the cupboard, always gre...Indeed he mentioned it on the cupboard, always great to put a face to an avatar ! Can`t beat a good Terry Nation classic - and add some Aliens and you have a winner every time. I would like to see and read these AARs very much indeed. Apart from Dave`s rules and a few final batreps for the said same, in prepertion for my own swan song before the big house move into the wilds of Robinson Crusoe land, I have been making my own universal set of table top wargame rules which will work (like G.U.R.PS. does) for everything: so usable for my Chibis, my Fantasy, Sci-fi, Historical... the lot. So I really will be able to play a game of Frostgrave, or Zombies, or Dredd, or Gotham or.. what ever, and instead of needing to rely on learning endless rules, I will simply be able to turn to one universal game manual. Based heavily off Edge of the Empire/Imperial Assault, it works a treat, and because its only for me (and us) I dont have to worry about borrowing material so woohoo, yeeey me hehe. Been working on it for months now, and nearly finished and totally playable (the zombie section alone is actually my magnum opus I believe).

Intrigued with your aliens AND your new dungeon project to go with it all. Best of luck with it all, and I will check in when ever I can to see progress :-) Will you keep using M&DRG`s?Stephen Gilberthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01704275344468801259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1308328551615343287.post-53246531610389049282017-12-30T05:12:10.086-08:002017-12-30T05:12:10.086-08:00I'm hoping to, if I remember it.
